I know, I
know, I suck.
Well, as
far as news go, you guys probably noticed on the front page that I made
a new series of iFrogz faces. Now if only they would read my emails and
understand I'm asking to have them posted as iFrogz exclusive on their
own website, it would be just dandy I tell you!
I think they
halfway read my emails, see the word "custom made" and automatically
reply with instructions on how to make them with the webtool... I KNOW
THAT. Sheesh. I jsut don't have that kind of money to spend on stocking
up on 3 sticker kits a pop but only a 3rd of the Wrapz and Bandz. Jesus.
Also, the
Confirmed for Brawl contest is almost over; Once it is, I'll stock the
archives here and in Comicspace. Then I'll resume work on Gilligan's Island
Doujinshi and Final Loonacy.
Next Revelia
Castle theme might be deco circles. We'll see.

I
added a new product in the shop, the Poopet
adoption center where you can buy poop-shaped creatures to use as
charms and danglers!
You
are also free to swipe the background tile I made for it in the toybox,
in dark and light. Aren't I just so nice? Also, would you like other colors
for that tile? All free, of course.

Just
a heads up to tell you I added Deviantart links in some galleries, their
deviant subfolders are updated much more regularly than on this site.
No fret,
I plan to update them here eventually; the folders I use for this site
are in dire need of a cleanup and better organizing.
I
also added some stuff in the shop; I'm now giving 10$ a pop art classes.
Books are good, but sometimes you need somebody to tell you exactly what
you are doing wrong and praise you when you understand.
Speaking
of helping; Revelia Castle is in dire need of an overhaul. There is so
much loose code and huge folders that needs clean up and organizing. I
know I'm repeating myself, but really, NEED THE CLEANUP.

COMIC
NEWS! While I admit I spent a week sick and a week and a half with artist's
block³, I did finally wake up and put the GID
archives up to speed with it's comicspace
version. Also, I am in tremendous good mood and I think I might have
kicked the block³ away because...

Here's what's
been done so far;
I
have totally updated the Strip section; Some sections that used to link
to my Comicspace account now have been updated with in-site pages of their
own, with an in-page feed of the comic. I will weekly update (as best
I can, I was at work all weekend and sore beyond my pain threshold) with
new comics. Final Loonacy AND Gilligan's Island Doujinshi, just not Ogenki
in Heaven. It's adult. Yes, even if I have a frontpage link to it. I'm
hypocrit like that.
That's one
section down, thirty-thousand to go!
I think the
next site update section is a tie between the about me section and the
Fanart. Both are in dire need of an update. Which would you pick?
Also, despite
the imbedded 5 years online! Quote next to GaiaShiro's butt up there,
this year will mark Revelia Castle's 8th anniversary! Isn't that cool?

Big Update part 1

I spent the
whole day updating nearly everything I own online. It's called part 1
in here because Revelia Castle itself only has a bit of update while all
my other stuff got the big overhaul. So let's get crackin'!
Okay, in
the upper left corner, I removed the lil Catqueen and put in my GaiaOnline
Avatar. Try to get a lil Christmas spirit in here, why dontcha?
They do not
have their own archive gallery on RC YET (ergo why part 1) but they are
directly linked to their comicspace counterparts, so yeah for easy browsing!
Since I accidentally
fudged up the coding in my journal (switched from S1 to S2, thinking I
was on my other account) I decided to pick a nice Christmassy theme for
it. Go look, it's adorable!

Yeah I know
I suck at posting in Revelia Castle. My own fault, it's so easy to update
on my other sites. Anyways.
I'm in the
process of moving the Taco art into it's own section, including links
to several Taco-related projects and merchandise. Like the title told
y'all, I'm currently working on the Taco RPG. I'm not sure WHEN I'll have
the demo ready as I'm still struggling with certain issues (like UNLOOPING
events) but I can tell you the demo will have 2 main characters, 2 fight
places, a village and a boss.
This place
really needs a redesign, even better, a CSS-based redesign, it'd be easier
for me. But darnut, (yes, darnut) CSS won't stick in my stupid brain.
Instead of thinking Cascading Style Sheet to remember how to spell the
acronym, I think "card Captor Sakura" To remember it's NOT spelled
CCS. Sheesh.
This month
I'm also working on an organic, self-imposed art project. I am working
on my first "cosplay", which is for now a very simple project
compared to real cosplayers.
I'm dressing
up as a worksafe (as in, I won't hurt myself at work with this costume)
Bleep bleep bleep.
I'll have
pictures, so don't worry if you can't guess.
Just know
that it has a red bow, is small, and is featured in a horror movie.

Yes people,
you can breathe now, I'm getting the needle in my muscle tissue tomorrow
at around 1 in the afternoon.
Then two
more, with several months interval.
But enough
about my cervical troubles, onto the update!
In
the gallery, I added a tooncast link to my DeviantArt account, which makes
more sense while I take my sweet bloody time archiving the new pics onto
the actual art gallery.
In
the strip section, I totally updated Bootleg Cookie and you'll notice
a trend in the later ones. Two, in fact. Color, and Maple
Story. Color to practice, Maple Story cuz that's where the funniest
shit happens. nothing exagerated!
I also tooncasted it in the section, and linked my comicspace
account directly into the strip section. That oughta make it less annoying
to visit me and my procrastinating ways.
Yes, I openly
admit I procrastinate. But at least I got two weeks vacation coming very
soon and I want to spend them drawing. I wanna draw draw draw till my
arm falls off!
July
20th, 2007 Update disguised as lazyness, shhh...
Yup, I'm
running a donation drive. I can't afford the Vaccine for Cervical Cancer,
but I NEED that vaccine before I turn 26. I turn 25 in 2 months and there
is several months intervals between each of 3 shots. I don't have the
money for it and lord knows I'm working my butt off TRYING to save money
for it, or earn it different ways. I need at least 500$.
Please donate.
I WILL get the cancer if I don't get the vaccine. Mom just got a second
biopsy about it and I'm garanteed the cancer myself.
Onto a more
normal update.
Yeah, turns
out I was actually working on several things at the same time. so technically,
while what I have for you is not what was on the specified weekly schedule,
it is still an update, and these are still comics.
So what I'm
gonna do is give you the new, and a lil explanation as to why they took
priority.
First of
all, this lil piece, or should I say, Slice.
This was comissioned to me by Jezebel1669
and took forever to finish. Now it's done, You can get one too for 30$,
just go to the Shop and order! (Nota Bene: add
a note in the paypal note box if you want background or not. Seems it
says "without background" while it should say "with".

Then there's
Ass
troboy and Uranus, a one panel comic I did for the Hyatt
Art Forums. Here I am making fun of how much stuff Astroboy has connected
to his rectum.
In Taco
at the Beach, you get a taste of what the book might look like. It's
done entirely in copics save for the text (You guys need to be able to
read the story!) and I think I did a decent job. The thing with this perticular
strip is that it was my entry for Saf-Académie, a contest run by
my favorite Quebec Humor magazine, Safarir!
(In french of course.) This be the english version, for you.
